Happy to announce the progress of LEI in WP2!⚙️
After completing Task 2.1, in which the coupled system was tested and the main operating parameters were determined, work continued on upgrading the gas cleaning system. This included the installation of an upgraded hot gas filter, gas cooler, suction fan, additional gas lines, and other improvements. 🔧🔨📈
At the same time, the automation and control system for the coupled installation was redesigned and updated to help achieve the main objective: syngas with an H₂/CO ratio ≥ 2.1 and low impurity content. ♻️
This week, the first test runs with the upgraded gas cleaning unit and the new automation system were performed successfully, marking another important step forward in the development of the system. 🚀📈
